Employment Specialists help individuals identify the best work environments based upon one's gifts, strengths, and interests that align with an employer's needs and desires. 

Job Assessment 

A job coach helps evaluate the job seeker's individual plan for employment to develop a vocational goal. Skills are identified, and a resume is built for the job seeker to present to potential employers. 

Job Coaching

We provide lasting support in learning job skills, securing accommodations, developing relationships, problem-solving, and more. 

Job Development 

Potential employers are identified based upon the job seeker's skills and wishes and the employer's needs and desires. Job seekers work on applications, practice interview skills, and address any accommodations.  

Long-Term Support

After 90 days, Thrive staff will continue to serve as a liaison for the individual and the employer to ensure continued success.
