Manager of Health Services​

• Experience:  Nursing and supervisory experience preferred, particularly working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Education: Must be a currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN).

• Responsibilities: Oversees Health Services staff, coordinates participant medical and nursing services, ensures compliance with physician orders and applicable regulations, maintains accurate health records, and provides direct nursing support as needed.

• Requirements: Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and clinical skills. Ability to coordinate services with staff, physicians, families, and other providers.

• Salary: Starting at $60,000 annually. 

​​Associate Director of Service Coordination​      

• Experience:  Two years working experience with individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervisory experience preferred.

• Education:    B.S. or B.A. in Rehabilitation or related field., M.S or M.A preferred. 

• Skills: Must be able to teach and instruct other staff. 
  Supervisory skills necessary. Must have good organizational and communication skills, both written and oral. Should be familiar with personal counseling techniques. Ability to provide direction
  in teaching skills that lead to greater independence. 
  Demonstrate belief in the mission of the agency.

• Starting Salary: $50,000 / Anually
   

​​Program Manager​     

​

• Experience:  At least one year working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation, Human Services, Psychology, or related field required. Must qualify as a QIDP.

• Responsibilities: Coordinates participant services and outcomes, maintains case records, communicates with families/guardians and service providers, and provides guidance and training to staff.

• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Starting Pay: $19.75/hour

Work with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings, including community, classroom, and recreational/leisure.​​​​

• Starting wage: $16.25 an hour
